1. Order Processing Time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

DOSE is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

DOSE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

DOSE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery details, tracking information, and shipping carrier information.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
